Financial Center Names New VP of Human Resources

Financial Center First Credit Union has promoted Gina Johnson to Vice President of Human Resources. Gina has been a valuable resource to Financial Center since 2006, having previously served as Financial Center’s Director of Human Resources from 2014 - 2018.

In her new role, Johnson will broaden the credit union’s strategic direction of Human Resources and talent management. Johnson will continue to oversee hiring, benefits, payroll, compensation, performance management, and training.

Recently, Johnson maintains the Credit Union National Association’s Human Resource Compliance Professional designation, life and health insurance licenses, and is working towards the Society of Human Resource Management designation.
