You’ll qualify if you or an immediate family member lives or works in: Delaware, Boone, Brown, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Henry, Howard, Johnson, Madison, Marion, Morgan, Putnam, Shelby and Tipton Counties in Indiana. Or, if you or an immediate family member works at an approved Select Employee Group.
