Payment Options
Effective on March 9, 2022:
Due to the impact of rising costs and to help keep costs down for our membership, debit card transactions will no longer be accepted through our external loan payment portal. Subsequently, the rise in costs have also impacted our phone services’ transactions. The fee for making loan payments using our automated phone attendant will increase effective on March 9, 2022. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
For your convenience, we have included different loan payment options below along with the fees associated so you can review and determine which option works best for you.
Please note that after March 9, 2022, any external loan payment users who have not added an Automatic Clearing House (ACH) account to their online payment portal will be required to complete a few extra steps to ensure their ACH account(s) is validated according to regulations. You will need your checking account number and financial institution’s routing number to pay using ACH.

• Set up your recurring payments from a Financial Center checking account, $0 fee per transaction
o To set up your loan’s recurring payment, please call 800.473.2328 or visit one of our branches by making an appointment
• Set up your bill payment from another financial institution’s checking account, $0 fee per transaction
o Financial Center is not responsible for charges that may be incurred from other financial institutions.
• Pay your loan using Financial Center’s online external loan payment portal using another financial institution to pay with ACH, one time or recurring, $2 fee per transaction
o Register as a new external loan payment portal user
• Pay your loan by phone, dial 800.473.2328,
o 24/7, press option 5 to:
Use our automated phone service to pay using a debit card or ACH, $10 fee per transaction
o During business hours:
Speak with a live representative to pay using a debit card or ACH, $10 fee per transaction
Other options to make your loan payments include:
• Mail your payment to: Financial Center, PO Box 26501, Indianapolis, IN 46226-0501
o Be sure to include your Financial Center account number and loan number
• Pay your loan at any shared branch location
o Be sure to bring along your Financial Center account number, loan number, and valid government-issued photo ID
