How do I set up my direct deposit?

How do I make my first deposit?
A $50 minimum deposit is required. If you’re opening in-person, you can make your deposit then. If opening online, there are multiple options for making this deposit:
• Visit a banking center or shared branch
• Mail a check with your account number and instructions to Financial Center at: PO Box 26501 | Indianapolis, IN 46226
• Use a deposit-taking ATM once your debit card arrives
• Transfer via online or mobile banking or a remote check deposit
How do I order checks?
While your account does not initially come with checks, we’ve made it easy to order them. Visit our checking partner’s website or ask one of our helpful staff at any location.
How do I receive my debit card?
Visit any of our locations for an instant-issue card when you open an account in the branch. If you open your account online, you’ll typically receive it in the mail in 7-10 business days.
How does the out-of-network ATM program work?
Didn’t find one of our many network ATMs nearby? We’re happy to waive our fees for your first four transactions at any ATM outside of our network monthly. While there still may be a surcharge from the other financial institution, you’ll avoid the typical $2-3 foreign ATM fee from Financial Center.
How can I quickly move my re-occurring transactions from another financial institution?

How can I remotely deposit a check?
Getting your cash is just a snap away! Use the Financial Center mobile banking app and capture a photo of the front and back of your check. These checks typically appear in your account the next business day after being verified by our security team.
How can I get paid for my old checks and debit cards from another financial institution?
We believe we’ve got some of the best products in the business, so when you come in to open your account, we’ll give you $2 per pad of checks and $2 per debit card from another financial institution to make the switch – up to $10. Just stop by one of our branches to take advantage of this offer.
