Indianapolis, IN – Financial Center is pleased to announce the promotion of Joan Kerulis to Senior Vice President of Internal Audit.

Kerulis, who has been with Financial Center for seven years, previously served as the Director of Internal Audit. In her new role, she will continue to oversee the Internal Audit Department, ensuring the highest standards of financial integrity and compliance.

Kerulis brings more than 30 years of internal audit experience in the financial industry to her role. During her extensive financial services career, she has held certifications including Chartered Bank Auditor, Certified Financial Services Auditor, and a Series 52 certification under the Municipal Security Rulemaking Board.

A proud alumna of Purdue University, Joan obtained her Bachelors degree in Business Management. Her commitment to excellence is evident in her thoughtful approach to internal auditing, where she has consistently demonstrated a deep understanding of the complexities of financial regulations and risk management.
