Financial Center First Credit Union’s President, Cameron Minges, was featured in the Bloomberg Businessweek conference on Monday, May 17, along with other CEOs who discussed how their companies adapted their business models amidst the new COVID-19 landscape.
In his segment, ‘InterSystems Sponsor Spotlight: Driving Customer Success with Analytics,’ Minges discussed his $800-million dollar Indiana-based credit union’s response to COVID-19 using data analytics to help employees make over 2,000 outbound member calls per month to those who could be experiencing financial hardship due to the pandemic and how the credit union adapted its lending strategy based on live data to exceed its lending goals despite branch closures and stay-at-home orders.
Minges’ segment follows his recent feature on the CMSWire website in which he discussed how Financial Center delivered the credit union philosophy of ‘people helping people’ during the pandemic through its We Care initiative.
