Financial Center First Credit has launched a redesigned website at fcfcu.com. The new website includes responsive design, an upgraded search feature, online financial videos, tips and blogs throughout the website in both English and Spanish. The credit union has also modernized its live chat feature and simplified navigation.
The website launch is the first phase of the credit union’s eService improvement project which will create a consistent member experience across all channels including the website, online banking, and the mobile app. The online banking platform and mobile app will be completed in early 2019. The project came about as a result of member feedback and preference for a more consistent experience across all eChannels.
“Our new website serves as the front porch of our credit union,” said Dusty Simmons, Vice President of Membership Development. “We are excited to welcome the public to a site where they can improve their financial lives through financial education, interact with our brand and learn what sets us apart from other financial institutions, and experience member service just as they would if they visited one of our locations.”
