Financial Center recently earned national recognition from the Credit Union National Association (CUNA) after earning first place in the category Desjardins Adult Financial Education Award as well as second place for the Louise Herring Award.
“At Financial Center, we work very hard to ensure our members and communities are financially educated so they can be confident about their money decisions no matter their life stage or background,” stated James Davidson, AVP of Financial Literacy. “We pride ourselves in helping all be financially educated.”

Wealth Builder programs are available at no cost to members and non-members so they can learn to be more confident about their financial decisions. Furthermore, the Juntos Avanzamos program ensures that Hispanic members achieve financial independence through education and low-cost credit union services. Overall, over 10,000 adults have received financial education.
