Indianapolis, IN – Financial Center is proud to announce Laura Mirabal’s promotion to International Community Development Officer. In this role, Mirabal will lead the development of strategies to provide best-in-class services to our international communities. From evaluating product offerings to ensuring these communities have convenient access to financial education, she will bring exciting perspectives to the Financial Wellness Team.
With 12 years of experience at Financial Center, she most recently served as the Member Services Team Lead, helping members with daily banking needs and specializing in assisting Spanish speaking members with their accounts.
“I’m very passionate about different cultures and finding the best ways to engage them. Working with our international community gives me the opportunity to reach them directly and find ways to accommodate their needs and improve our service to members of all backgrounds,” said Mirabal.
Originally from Venezuela, Mirabal has lived in Miami, California, and has recently relocated to Indianapolis after working remotely for the credit union prior. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Full Sail University, has completed the G2 Leadership Program, and proudly serves on the Financial Latino Committee for our credit union, focused on providing equitable access to our education and products.
